The Microsoft® Certificate Server setup program installs the server and client files at the same location on the server machine. These files are installed in c:\Winnt\System32 (assuming c:\Winnt is the system root). Web-based administration and enrollment tools are installed in the c:\Winnt\System32\CertSrv directory and its subdirectories CertAdm, CertControl, CertEnroll, and CertQue. The Certificate Authority certificates are installed in the Shared Folder.
