Writing Intermediaries

Intermediaries are programs written in Microsoft® C++®, Microsoft Visual Basic®, or Java that communicate with client applications to allow the submitting of certificate requests. Intermediaries can communicate with clients using any desired transport. Intermediaries must communicate with Certificate Server using the ICertRequest and ICertConfig interfaces provided by the Server Engine.
