Note Certificate Authority hierarchies are not supported in this release of Certificate Server.
CertHier.exe is used to complete the installation of a Certificate Authority (CA) hierarchy. CertHier has no command options. You must select Create Certificate Request File in the Choose Key Storage Location step of the Configuration Wizard and obtain a signed CA certificate in order to install a Certificate Authority hierarchy. See Installing a Certificate Authority Hierarchy for more information.
